1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration

4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the m9999 Platform. The deliberate creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date by contacting m9999 support when changes occur.

4.3 m9999 reserves the right to require documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by m9999 may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account registration is personal to you. You may not transfer your Account, share your login credentials, or allow any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

4.5 m9999 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes.

5.2 You must notify m9999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised.

5.3 m9999 will never request your password by email, live chat or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from m9999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team.

5.4 m9999 employs SSL/TLS encryption across all Platform communications and maintains session management controls to reduce the risk of unauthorised access. However, you acknowledge that no online system can guarantee absolute security and that you share responsibility for protecting your own Account.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 All deposits and withdrawals on m9999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to/from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

7.2 All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games and contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal.

7.3 Bonus Funds and cash balances are wagered separately. Cash deposits are used for Wagers before Bonus Funds unless the Player specifies otherwise. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering Bonus Funds (once Wagering Requirements are met) may be withdrawn.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 All bets and game entries are final once confirmed. m9999 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse or amend a confirmed Wager except where a technical error on the Platform caused the Wager to be recorded incorrectly.

8.2 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or system error during a game round, m9999 will use the game's internal state data to determine the outcome. Where the outcome cannot be determined reliably, the Wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance.

8.3 Game outcomes are produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. m9999 does not manipulate game outcomes. The house edge on all games is fixed and consistent with the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages disclosed by the respective game providers.

8.4 For sports betting markets, m9999 reserves the right to void any bet where (a) the market was offered in error, (b) the odds or lines were manifestly incorrect, or (c) the underlying event was cancelled or could not be completed. 9. Prohibited Conduct

10. Responsible Gaming

15. Governing Law
